Customs clearance advantage: Utilizing DHL's advantageous resources, EDI data customs clearance significantly reduces the time required for customs clearance; pre-clearance can further expedite the process.

Unified billing: The billing method is uniform worldwide, with no charges for initial weight or additional weight, greatly simplifying freight calculation and cost control.

The following goods do not accept batteries:

1. Do not package batteries with other goods in the same box. Pure batteries should not be shipped together with power banks, dry batteries, accessories, or built-in batteries.

2. We do not accept lithium metal batteries, batteries with water, storage batteries, or any batteries or battery packs without any labeling on their outer surface. Batteries without power ratings are also not accepted.

3. Do not use, as the battery does not indicate the battery model, voltage, current value, or capacity.

4. Do not connect power exceeding 100W (calculation formula: current MH * voltage V / 1000 or current AH * voltage V)

5. Do not accept inner packaging with battery labels; the inner packaging must be a blank box.

Operational and packaging requirements:

• The voltage (V) and milliampere-hour (mAh) required for a lithium-ion battery, as well as its watt-hour (WH) value. The calculation method for battery power is: (milliampere * voltage / 1000) should be less than 100 WH.

• We do not accept lithium metal batteries, batteries with water, storage batteries, or any batteries or battery packs without any labeling on their outer surface, including those without a power rating label. Unidentified batteries will not be accepted.

• Do not use batteries that do not indicate the battery model, voltage, current, or capacity on them.

• Do not support over 100 WH (calculation formula: current MH * voltage V/1000 or current AH * voltage V)

• If you do not bring the inner packaging with the battery label, the inner packaging must be a blank box.

Handling and Packaging Requirements:

1. The lithium-ion battery needs to have volts V and milliampere mAh, and the power WH value. Battery power calculation method: (power should be less than 100WH when milliampere*volts/1000)

2. Pure batteries cannot be shipped with mobile power banks, dry batteries, matching, and built-in batteries.

3. The storage capacity of a single battery must be less than 30%, if the battery is not discharged less than 30%, or the net weight capacity of the battery provided by the customer is inconsistent with the actual situation, the airline will be returned if it is found, and the freight and dangerous goods will not be refunded.

4. The battery does not need to be a box in a box, each battery must be sealed with an insulating bag and individually packaged, and the weight of each box cannot exceed 9.5KG, because the corner protector also has weight, please note.

5. The outer box must be tough, the outer box must be undamaged, tidy, the battery needs to be shockproof packaging, and there can be no gap/shaking between the battery and the battery in the box, (if there is space, it must be filled with foam or sponge)

6. Notice of the latest outer packaging requirements for DHL battery goods: (aviation label, class 9 label, battery label, address label) need to be pasted on the same side, the minimum size of the battery box is 15*25*35CM, and the minimum side side should be able to paste the Lb order.
