The following goods do not accept batteries:
Do not package batteries with other goods in the same box. Batteries should not be shipped together with power banks, dry batteries, accessories, or built-in batteries.
We do not accept lithium metal batteries, batteries with water, storage batteries, or any batteries or battery packs without any labeling on their exterior surface. Batteries without power ratings are not accepted.
Do not connect batteries that do not have the battery model, battery voltage, current value, or capacity marked on them.
Do not connect power exceeding 100W (calculation formula: current MH * voltage V / 1000 or current AH * voltage V)
Inner packaging with battery labels is not accepted, and the inner packaging must be a blank box.
Operational and packaging requirements:
The voltage (V) and milliampere-hour (mAh) required for a lithium-ion battery, as well as the watt-hour (WH) value. The calculation method for battery power: (milliampere * voltage / 1000) should result in a power less than 100 WH.
Batteries cannot be shipped together with power banks, dry batteries, or built-in batteries in the same package.
The charge of each battery must be less than 30%. If the battery has not been discharged to below 30%, or if the net capacity provided by the customer does not match the actual capacity, the airline may return it, and the shipping and hazardous material fees will not be refunded.
The batteries should not be packaged in box-in-box. Each battery must be individually wrapped in an insulated bag and packed separately. The weight of each carton must not exceed 9.5 kilograms, as the corner protectors also add weight. Please note.
The outer box must be strong, undamaged, and neat. The batteries need to be shockproofed. There should be no gaps or shakes between the batteries in the box. (If there is space, it must be filled with foam or sponge.)
Latest DHL battery cargo outer packaging requirements notice: (air label, class 9 label, battery label, address label) must be affixed on the same side. The minimum size of the battery box is 15*25*35 cm, and the smallest side must be large enough to accommodate the Lb label.
