III. Packaging Requirements: Four-Layer Protection, Safety First

Perfume is UN 1266 Class 3 Flammable Liquid. Improper packaging may cause leakage, contamination or safety hazards.

First Layer: Inner Sealing

• Each bottle tightly capped, sealed with 3–5 layers of plastic wrap, fully wrapped with anti-static bubble film.

• Single unit generally ≤500mL; ≤100mL recommended for LQ shipments.

Second Layer: Leak-Proof Bag

• Place wrapped bottles into double zip-lock leak-proof bags to contain spills.

Third Layer: Absorption & Cushioning

• Use absorbent materials such as vermiculite and absorbent pads.

• Fill voids with air pillows or foam; cushion layer ≥2–3cm thick.

Fourth Layer: UN-Certified Carton & Labeling

• UN-certified dangerous goods carton with intact UN marking.
