Step 1: Designate an EU Responsible Person (RP)

Non EU companies must appoint a responsible person within the EU. The responsible person must be located within the European Economic Area and their address must be displayed on the product packaging. The main regulatory agency in Bulgaria is the Bulgarian Medicines Agency (BDA), responsible for market supervision and adverse reaction monitoring. Step 2: Obtain CPSR safety report
