In accordance with the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code, perfume packaging must comply with UN 1266 standards. We recommend a “four-layer packaging method”:

First Layer: Inner Bottle Sealing

Each perfume bottle must be tightly capped and fully wrapped with anti-static bubble film to prevent loosening during transit.

Second Layer: Leak-Proof Layer

Place wrapped perfume bottles into double-layer leak-proof plastic bags to prevent liquid spillage in case of accidental breakage.

Third Layer: Absorption & Cushioning

Place sufficient absorbent materials (vermiculite, absorbent pads) inside cartons, and fill gaps with air pillows or foam to avoid collision and damage.

Fourth Layer: UN-Certified Outer Carton & Labeling

• Outer cartons must be printed with UN markings (e.g. 4G/Y…) consistent with the Dangerous Goods Packaging Certificate
