• Place wrapped bottles into double zip‑lock leak‑proof bags to contain spills.

Third Layer: Absorption & Cushioning

• Use absorbent materials such as vermiculite, absorbent pads or diatomite.

• Fill voids with air pillows or foam; cushion layer ≥2–3cm thick.

Fourth Layer: UN‑Certified Carton & Labeling

• UN‑certified dangerous goods carton with intact UN marking matching the dangerous goods packaging certificate.
