The truck route is: Shenzhen (loading container) → Xinjiang (exit) → Kazakhstan → Russia → Belarus → Poland (UPS delivery for all countries in Poland). The final leg uses UPS delivery in Poland, supporting one tracking number for full journey tracking. This solution can handle pure batteries, dry batteries, lithium batteries, etc., and includes customs clearance with taxes.

Weight limits: 

Standard cartons must not exceed 98*59*59CM in length, width, and height. The actual weight of each item must be between 12KG and 29KG. Items weighing less than 12KG will be charged as 12KG. Each carton must not exceed 25KG but must be at least 12KG. At least five-layer honeycomb paper outer boxes are required, and UPS UN boxes can be used (but the packaging box must not have any UN-specific markings).

Overall delivery time:

approximately 16 working days after pickup to reach Poland, complete customs clearance, and hand over to UPS for local delivery. The retrieval time is around 30 days.

Accepted products: 

lithium batteries, laptop batteries, mobile phone batteries, electric vehicle batteries, cadmium-nickel batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, button batteries, dry batteries, and electric scooters.

Batteries are not accepted for customs clearance. For other items, please inquire separately.

Rejected products:

 liquids, powders, granules, strongly magnetic, toxic, and corrosive items, among other prohibited goods. 

Packaging requirements: 

each product must be individually packaged, and the outer carton must be clean, sturdy, and neat.

Customer Shipping Guidelines:

1. If Amazon's warehouse rejects shipments due to packaging issues, our company is not responsible for any consequences. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

2. Customs requires accurate declarations of goods' names and quantities. Electronic products must have CE labels and relevant documents (such as CE certification and CE reports) ready, along with the packing list and invoice provided to us. Failure to provide all necessary documents correctly will result in full responsibility on your part.

3. The brand of the goods must be accurately declared. Any fees, issues, or consequences arising from underreporting, misreporting, or infringing products will be borne by the sender (shipper). Our company will not be liable for any customs clearance issues caused by misreporting, concealment, or omission.

4. We accept company addresses, overseas warehouse addresses with company headers, and private residential addresses, but remote area addresses will incur additional remote area fees. We do not accept personal items; only new items intended for sale are accepted.

5. For UPS shipments, the minimum chargeable weight per item must be at least 13KG. If it is less than 13KG, it will be charged as 13KG.
