Shenzhen ADScargo Europe Pure Battery Truck Air Special Line adopts the "truck + delivery" model, with truck air routes: Shenzhen (container loading) → Xinjiang (exit) → Kazakhstan → Russia → Belarus → Poland (handover to Polish UPS for delivery to all countries). The tail end uses Polish UPS for delivery, supporting a single tracking number throughout the process. This solution can handle batteries, dry batteries, lithium batteries, etc., and is a customs clearance tax-inclusive special line.

Weight Limit:
Regular carton dimensions should not exceed 98*59*59cm, with the actual weight of each piece limited to between 12kg and 29kg; if a single piece weighs less than 12kg, it will be charged as 12kg. The total weight of a carton cannot exceed 25kg but must not be less than 12kg. At least five layers of honeycomb paper should be used for the outer box, and UPS UN boxes can be used (but no UN-specific markings are allowed on the packaging).
Overall lead time:
After driving, the normal full journey time is about 16 working days to arrive in Poland and complete customs clearance and delivery to Polish UPS for online parcel distribution. The pickup time is around 30 days.
Products Acceptable:
Accept lithium-ion batteries, laptop batteries, mobile phone batteries, electric vehicle batteries, cadmium-nickel batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, button cells, dry cells, and skateboard batteries.
For battery， do not support the customs declaration item. Other items are subject to separate inquiry.
Refused Product:
Liquid, powder, granule, strong magnetic, toxic and corrosive goods are prohibited from transportation.
Packaging Requirements:
Each product must be individually packaged, and the outer box packaging needs to be clean, sturdy, and neat.
Customer Shipping Notes:
If Amazon's warehouse rejects a shipment due to packaging issues, our company shall not bear any responsibility for the refusal. The costs associated with the returned items will be borne by the customer.
Customs requires accurate declaration of the goods' name, quantity, etc. Electronic products must be affixed with CE labels and have CE-related documents (CE certification, CE report, etc.) ready. Please provide these along with the packing list and invoice to our company. If you cannot correctly provide all required information, all responsibilities will be borne by your company.
The brand of the goods must be declared truthfully, and any omission or false declaration of the brand or infringement of intellectual property rights will result in all related costs, issues, and consequences being borne by the sender (consignor). If problems arise at customs due to false reporting, concealment, or omission, our company shall not be liable.
Acceptable addresses include company addresses, overseas warehouse addresses with company letterheads, private residential addresses, and remote areas (additional fees apply for remote locations). However, we do not accept personal items; they must be new products intended for sale.
The UPS single piece charging weight shall not be less than 13KG, and if it is less than 13KG, it will be charged as 13KG.
