Special Note：
For items weighing over 12 kg but within 25 kg, an additional charge of $3 per kilogram will be applied for batteries exceeding 5 kg. The packaging must be a thick box; soft boxes are not accepted. Batteries need to be packed with 5 cm foam to prevent impact.
If the EU requires products to bear the CE mark, customers should affix it before shipping. In case of non-compliance and confiscation by customs, our company shall not be liable for any consequences.
For goods weighing less than 12 kilograms, the volume is calculated by dividing by 6000. If an item weighs less than 12 kg, it will be charged as if it weighs 12 kg.
Notes: The delivery must be accompanied by (packing list + invoice) upon delivery, detailed recipient address such as recipient/address/postal code/phone number; to avoid causing delays in the shipment, thank you for your cooperation.
Billing Weight: The billing weight is taken from the greater of the volumetric weight and the actual weight of the goods. The calculation method for volumetric weight is: length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 6000 = volume weight (kg).
