Air Freight to Mexico

Shenzhen ADScargo's Mexico dedicated line service involves air freight from China to Mexico, followed by door-to-door delivery handled by our own team after customs clearance, eliminating the need for customers to assist with customs procedures. Compared to traditional international courier services, it is more convenient and cost-effective. The service is safe, fast, and offers stable delivery times with prices inclusive of both customs clearance and taxes.

Weight Limitation:

Mexican air freight: Accepts single items starting from 15KG, inquire for overweight items.

Overall Transit Time:

With the original tracking number, the entire process takes 7-10 business days (excluding customs clearance time and flight delays).

Delivery Countries:

Provides services within mainland Mexico, excluding island regions. PO BOX addresses are not accepted. Delivery to remote cities may be delayed by 1-2 business days. For remote rural areas, recipients must contact local couriers for pickup at their own expense.

Acceptable Items:

Batteries, dry batteries (alkaline AA batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries)

Lithium Battery Category: Power banks, battery packs, 18650 cells, mobile phone batteries, laptop batteries, model aircraft batteries, camera batteries, and other common batteries.

Single batteries exceeding 3KG require an MSDS and UN38.3 certification for separate determination. Other items require inquiry.

Rejected products:

Refusal of liquid or soft batteries, aviation prohibited items, etc.

Battery power bank packaging requirements:

Each battery must be individually insulated, without fireproof labels, and the outer box must be clean, neat, and sturdy.

Customer shipping guidelines:

For shipments to Amazon, please affix quality-approved FBA labels yourself. Each outer box must have two labels and be securely fastened. If the FBA label is damaged due to customer reasons, resulting in an inability to enter the warehouse, the sender will bear the consequences! (Note: Avoid oxidation of the labels, do not print labels on thermal paper, please use coated paper or A4 paper). For customs clearance, please affix the words 'Made in China' on both the outer box and the product.

Requirements for recipient information in Mexico: The recipient's address, name (must be real and valid), phone number, and postal code must be provided completely. If the recipient information is incomplete or incorrect, leading to the need for address changes or returns abroad, all resulting costs will be borne by the sender, and our company will not be responsible.
